T-Shirt Order Form
The Zora Neale Hurston Elementary School P.T.A. has the pleasure to welcome all parents and students to the 2009-2010 school year.
We would like to introduce you to the Gaby the Globe T-shirt that can be worn as part of our school uniform on Fridays of every school week. It can also be worn on field trips throughout the school year. Like students, Parents may also purchase their own Gaby the Globe T-shirt.
If you would like to order your Gaby T-shirt, please fill out the order form at the bottom of this page. Place the order form and the exact amount of money (cash or money order only) in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, and teacher’s name. Submit the envelope to the classroom teacher or at the Gaby’s Corner Sales Window.

Camisa Gaby the Globe
El P.T.A. de Zora Neale Hurston Elementary School se complace en darles la bienvenida a los padres y estudiantes en este año escolare 2009-2010.
Quisieramos presentarles la camisa Gaby the Globe. Esta camisa se puede usar como parte de el uniforme escolar los Viernes de cada semana tal como para las escursiones durante el año. Igual que los estudiantes los padres tambien pueden comprarse sus propias camisas.
Si usted desea ordenar su camisa solo tiene que llenar este formulario y enviarlo a la escuela en un sobre sellado con el nombre de su hijo/a y el nombre de la maestra. Por favor incluya el costo exacto en forma efectiva o en Money Order.
